John is Charlie's friend and wanted to write about Charlie as an example to let everyone know how important it is to set goals, try your best, and follow your dreams!
Inspired by a stuffed plush moose with a Santa hat bought for a dear friend, one day John wondered “How does a Moose get a Santa Hat?”….and the first story “Charlie…The Merry Christmoose” was created! Soon after, school children were asking when the next Charlie book would be arriving…and that started John on his adventure to write additional books about his buddy…Charlie Moose.
